A thermoplastic moulding compsn. contains (A) 20-80 pts. wt. of a thermoplastic polycarbonate, (B) 10-60 pts. of a graft polymer from (B1) 5-90 pts. of a mixt. of (B1.1) 50-95 pts. wt. of styrene, alpha-methylstyrene, ring-substd. styrene, and/or methyl methacrylate, and (B1.2) 50.5 pts. of (meth)acrylonitrile, methyl methacrylate, maleic anhydride and/or N-substd. maleimide, on (B2) 95-10 pts. of a rubber with Tg not above 10 deg. C. (C) 5-70 pts. of a thermoplastic copolymer from (C.1) 50-95 pts. wt. of styrene, alpha-methylstyrene, ring-substd. styrene and/or methyl methacrylate and (C.2) 50-5 pts. of (meth)acrylonitrile, methyl methacrylate, maleic anhydride and/or N-substd. maleimide, where (A) + (B) + (C) = 100 pts. wt., and (D) 1-15 pts., w.r.t. 100 pts. of (A) + (B) + (C), of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber.
