PURPOSE:To provide a setter for sintering suitable for giving sheet-like piezoelectric ceramics having excellent smoothness, free from deformation and fusion, minimized in dispersion of shrinkage factor, free from lowering of density of the above-mentioned sintered compact and having stable quality in the sintered body of the above-mentioned ceramics obtained by laminating piezoelectric ceramics on a sheet-like bottom board and sintering the laminate. CONSTITUTION:In a piezoelectric ceramics-sintering setter 3 for loading the piezoelectric ceramic formed article 1 used when a formed article 1 of piezoelectric ceramics and sheet-like bottom board 2 are laminated on the above- mentioned setter 3 for sintering and the laminate is sintered, the setter 3 has same composition as the above-mentioned piezoelectric ceramic formed article and simultaneously contains zirconium ceramic powder of 3-15wt.% based on the composition. |
