FLUID REFRIGERATION OF A PRODUCT METHOD AND APPARATUS Disclosed is a system for refrigerating seafood and the like, i.e. anchovies, in a liquid refrigerant solution. The system takes the seafood out of a body of water and keeps the fish in water so that they remain alive and drops the fish in a "live state" into the refrigerant liquid. The system has been improved by adding a fluid receiving flooring system having a gridwork of apertures which enables recirculated liquid to enter the tank in a controlled manner. The fluid receiving flooring system has general applicability to many fluid recirculation systems.
