PURPOSE:To efficiently remove the high frequency component of a tail part reverberation sound as to the reverberation addition device which obtains a feeling of the extent of a music hall artificially in a room of general home or a car room, etc. CONSTITUTION:The reverberation addition device consists of comb filters 10-1 to 10-n which are connected in parallel and in plural stages and remove steeply the high frequency components at the tail of the reverberation sound; and respective coefficients are so set that equations I hold substantially, where D1 to Dn are the delay times of 1st delay memories 1-1 to 1-n provided to the respective comb filters, g11 to gn1 are the multiplication coefficients of 1st multipliers 2-11 to 2-n1 provided to the respective comb filters, and g12 to gn2 are the multiplication coefficients of 2nd multipliers 2-12 to 2-n2 added by adders 3-1 to 3-n provided to the respective comb filters. |
