MATERIAL MANUFACTURED FROM WASTE MATERIAL AS RAW MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To utilize a waste material of asphalt, a waste material of thermoplastic resin such as foamed styrol, or the like difficult to dispose as a raw material and regenerate an useful material out of said material. CONSTITUTION:A material is composed of 5-15% of weight ratio of waste asphalt 1, 65-25% weight ratio of waste thermoplastic resin 4 and 30-60% weight ratio of sand 7. Its manufacturing method comprises the process of melting by heat and liquefying the waste asphalt 1, melting waste thermoplastic resin 4 and liquefying and adding the sand 7 to said waste liquefied asphalt 1 and waste thermoplastic resin 4 and kneading together, feeding a mixed material composed of waste materials after kneading into a given mold for compression molding, cooling, and then releasing the same out of the mold.
