PURPOSE:To highly accurately control toner concentration by preventing the degradation of the quality of a formed image caused by fluctuations in using environment. CONSTITUTION:The light emitting time of optical beams corresponding to an image information signal, for exposing a photosensitive body while scanning is executed, is integrated by a laser beam emitting time integrating circuit 30, and a toner replenishing roller driving part 34 is controlled by a comparative circuit 31, a reference value generating part 32, and a control circuit 33, according to the integrated value, to replenish toner into a developer inside a developing device. Simultaneously, a temp. and humidity are detected by a temp./ humidity detecting means 29 in the vicinity of the developing device, the toner replenishing roller driving part 34 is controlled by a comparative circuit 31, a reference value generating part 32, and the control circuit 33, according to a detection signal from the temp./humidity detecting means, and the replenishment of the toner is controlled so as to correct the fluctuations in a developing quantity. |
