PURPOSE:To efficiently and securely connect dielectric coaxial resonators by applying cream solder to a prescribed location on the inner surface of a case, installing the plural dielectric coaxial resonators on them, heating the entire case and performing soldering in the lump. CONSTITUTION:The cream solder S is applied to the location on the inner surface of a metallic case 5 with which the forming face (bottom face) of an external conductor such as a resonator 4 contacts. Four dielectric coaxial resonators 1 to 4 are installed on the inner surface of the case 5 and temporarily fixed with the cream solder S. Then the entire case is heated in a reflow furnace to volatilize the solvent component of the cream solder S and to melt solder particle so that the bottom faces of the respective dielectric coaxial resonators 1 to 4 can be soldered to the inner surface of the case 5. Thus, manual soldering can be eliminated, excessive solder can be prevented from projecting from the outer surface of the case 5 and the connection of the dielectric coaxial resonators 1 to 4 to the case 5 can be stabilized. |
