摘要 An inner steel plate layer in the hot rolled three layered composite plate comprises 0.7-1.2 wt.% carbon, 0.5-1.5 wt.% maganese, 0.5-2.0 wt.% chromium, less than 0.2 wt.% phosphorus, less than 0.02 wt.% sulphur, the residual iron, and inevitable impurities. An outer steel layr comprises 0.2-0.3 wt.% carbon, 0.35-0.6 wt.% manganese, 3.0-3.5 wt.% nickel, 1.0-1.5 wt.% chromium, 0.15-0.3 wt.% molybdenum, 0.15-0.35 wt.% silicon, less than 0.03 wt.% phosphorus, less than 0.03 sulphur, the residual iron and inevitable impurities. The three layered composite plate is composed of two outer layers having high toughness and one inner layer having high strength. The thicknesses of outer and innter layer are 40-60 % and more than 10 % respectively of the total.
