At the bottom of the body of the apparatus (8), a U-shaped iron (6) is arranged, the branches of which rise upwards, and at the top of the apparatus (8), at a given distance (15), a U-shaped iron, the branches of which are oriented downwards, the elements of the jacket (16) being mounted between these two irons. The distance (15) is greater than the length L of the elements of the jacket (16). The elements of the jacket (16) comprise a handling hole (19).
