METHOD FOR PRESERVING PICKLES

PURPOSE:To enable to maintain a specific quality and taste of pickles for long period by preserving the pickles in a jelly-like solution mixed with gelatin. CONSTITUTION:Pickles 3 are preserved in a jelly pickling solution 2 mixed with gelatin e.g. in an amount of 1-15% to enable the preservation of the pickles 3. The pickles 3 are preferably sealed with a synthetic resin bag.
