PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition comprising a mixture of a flavored sugar granular substance having the coating layer of an inorganic porous material on the surface thereof with tea leaves, having excellent taste and flavor without affecting a deodorant action having the tea leaves themselves, and useful for health, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprises a mixture of (A) a flavored sugar granular substance such as glucose or sucrose whose surface has at least partially a coating layer comprising an inorganic porous material such as diastomaceous earth with (B) the leaves of a tea such as green tea. The composition is preferably filled into a nonwoven fabric bag of PP, nylon, paper, etc., to provide a flavored tea pack product having an excellent flavor and a good taste. |
