PURPOSE:To provide an ozone eliminator without need for the exchange of the consumables such as a paper filter and capable of freely controlling the elimination degree of ozone. CONSTITUTION:A first catalyst bed 11 for decomposing ozone formed at the lower part of a first substrate glass 8 is opposed to a second catalyst bed 16 formed at the upper part of a second substrate glass 12 at a specified distance from each other to form the upper gap 6 for passing ozone. Meanwhile, a third catalyst bed 25 formed at the lower part of a third substrate glass 13 is opposed to a fourth catalyst bed 31 formed at the upper part of a fourth substrate glass 28 at a specified distance from each other to form a lower gap 7 for passing ozone.
