<p>Epoxy resin modifiers selected from among (a) an adduct of an alcoholic- or alkoxy-group-containing primary amine and an epoxy resin of polyalkyleneglycol di-(polyglycidyl)ether, and (b) a secondary polyamine of hydroxy-polyetheramine type; and aqueous emulsions containing the reaction product of said modifiers and an epoxy resin, with a phenolic resin of resolic type and organic solvents in amount smaller than 20% by weight.</p> |
