PURPOSE:To eliminate the thermal conduction to a product from a heating means, and to stabilize the temperature in a furnace body by carrying the product in a floating state in a space separated from the heating means. CONSTITUTION:A heating means is formed by heaters 6a, 6b and furnace body muffles 7a, 7b so that a space is formed in the middle and said heating means is provided in the upper and the lower parts in the furnace, a carrying line is set onto the center line of said carrying line space, a hanger 9 is suspended from a suspension wire 10 racked and provided in the longitudinal direction of this carrying line, and a product 8 is placed on this hanger 9 and carried. |
