PURPOSE:To obtain the optical system supporting spring for constituting an optical system which is free from deterioration in performance by suppressing the deformation of a spring material and the dislocation with dumping rubber, etc., in the process of production. CONSTITUTION:A metallic sheet (2) is subjected to etching to form the spring material (1) and, thereafter, the metallic sheet (2) is set in metallic molds. The dumping rubber (13) and a rubber film continuous therewith are formed and are further cured by vulcanization. The continuous rubber film is then peeled to allow only the dumping rubber (13) to remain. The spring material (1) is thereafter separated from the metallic sheet (2). The unnecessary rubber film exclusive of the dumping rubber is easily and completely removed and the optical system supporting spring is produced at a low cost without generating the dislocation and deformation. |
