1. A unit of shearing devices for cutting sheet metal, having a rotary cutter with a set of slitter knives which are rotated via a cogwheel transmission by an electric motor and a guillotine shear with a lower blade permanently fastened to the frame and a movable upper blade, characterized in that fastened on a common base plate (1) are the frame (2) of the rotary cutter (3) and the frame (4) of a weave guillotine shear (5) which are connected by a feeding-guiding table (6), while in the lower part of the frame (4) of the weave guillotine shear (5) is fastened a camshaft (7) cooperating with four vertical cylindrical guides (8), inside each of which is mounted a spiral spring (9), where the upper parts of the four cylindrical guides (8) are connected by an upper frame (10) containing an upper weave knife (11) cooperating with a lower weave knife (12) which is fastened permanently in the upper part of the frame (4), and in addition the camshaft (7) is driven via a transmission (13) by an electric motor (14), and on the camshaft (7) is fastened a chain wheel (15) which, via the first chain transmission (16), drives an assembly of collectors (17), while the second chain wheel (18) of the first transmission (16) is fastened below the feeding-guiding table (6), and fastened on its axis (19) is the first chain wheel (20) of the second chain transmission (21), whose second chain wheel (22) is fastened to the frame (2) of the rotary cutter (3), and on its axis (23) is mounted the first cogwheel (24), which cooperates with the second cogwheel (25) of the cog transmission (26), whereas on the axis (27) of the second cogwheel (25) are two chain wheels (2?) and (2?)
