<p>PURPOSE: To form a silicone oil peeling agent donor roll manufactured from this fixing member, in such a manner that the roll has durability to withstand copying of several million times or over without being at all affected by a charge acceleration additive which is the cause for the occurrence of trouble by inducing nonuniform friction on the fixing surface of the conventional fixing member, so that the roll has an excellent transporting capability and that the occurrence of toner contamination is averted. CONSTITUTION: This fixing member consists of a supporting body having a polium grafted elastomer outer layer, forming a substantially uniformly integrated and penetrated net body consisting of a hybrid compsn. composed of fluoroelastomer and polyorganosiloxane. The polium grafting is executed by the dehydrofluoric acid of the fluoroelastomer by a nucleophilic dehydrifluoric acid agent, followed by addition polymn. by addition of the polyorganosiloxane having an alkaline or alkyn functional group terminal and a polymn. initiator.</p> |
