<p>PURPOSE: To integrally introduce an active electron emission modulation network and an FED drive source by providing a control electron network, a conductive line, an insulating layer, and a conductive passage on a support substrate. CONSTITUTION: A control electron network 102 made at least partially active and partially passive as required is formed on a support substrate 101. The network 102 can contain an active network typically constituted of a current source, a voltage source, a current source driver and a selective logical network and/or a voltage source driver and the selective logical network, and a passive constituting element as required. The network 102 is connected to the first conductive line 103, and the first conductive passage 105 is formed in the first insulating layer 104 and connected to the first conductive line 103. An active electron emission modulation network and a field-induced electron emission device (FED) drive source can be integrally formed.</p> |
