PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation and injury of a work piece owing to excessive pressurization by detecting the actual pressurizing force at the end period of pressing, calculating the adequate final pressurizing force and applying said force to a pressurizing device. CONSTITUTION:The actual pressurizing force of a working device is detected as the 1st stage at the end period of working for the work piece disposed on a stationary die by driving a movable die. The detected pressurizing force is calculated by the built-in computer and the pressurizing force added with a specified constant multiple is commanded as the 2nd stage. Finally the calculated pressurizing force is applied to the auxiliary fluid pressure cylinder in the shank part of the movable die provided in series to the pressurizing device for moving the movable die as the 3rd stage. The pressing is thus completed. |
