PURPOSE:To easily and effectively secure a cover tape by rotatably supporting core pieces of a winding core and holding the starting end of the tape by pins implanted into the core and the pieces. CONSTITUTION:Core pieces 9a, 9b are rotated in a direction of tube shaft at guide pins 10, 11 as axes by removing a reel flange 4a, and a cover tape is inserted between the securing pins 15, 16 and the inner walls of cutouts 9e, 9f. Then, a guide ring of the flange 4a is engaged with the tube shaft, the flange 4a is engaged with the pins 10, 11 to be secured. Thus, the flange 4a is mounted thereby to hold the end of the tape between the pins 15, 16 and the pieces 9a, 9b to be secured. In this manner, the tape can be easily and effectively secured. |
