<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an image reproducing device synthesizing the voice data having much information amount within a picture, maintaining high picture quality and separating the voice data from the synthesized picture. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a picture synthesizing means 7 synthesizing large voice data within a picture maintaining high picture quality by reducing the data amount by utilizing the statistical character of voice time group and by adapting the data amount of voice data alloted to each conversion block for the synthesizing based on the activity of the picture data, a picture separation means 10 converting the synthesized picture and separating the voice data from the picture data based on the synthesizing condition and an indication means 5 indicating the switching of the picture synthesizing and the picture separation.</p> |
