The fixing is for wall and ceiling claddings. The cladding panel has a groove section (5) let into it. The head (7) of a connecting strip is pushed into this groove. The foot of the strip (8) consists of two projecting arms with external lugs. The foot of the strip is inserted into a C-section rail and secured by the external lugs, thus securing the cladding panel. The C section rail is embedded into the base material of the surface to be clad. USE/ADVANTAGE - Cladding panels can be fixed directly without screws or nails and with unskilled labour.
