CONSTITUTION:An estimate arithmetic means 11 is interposed between a picture data decoding means 3 and a picture data output means 4 and a line is predicted and generated based on two-line picture data consecutive in the decoded picture data. Moreover, the prediction arithmetic means 11 is formed in the case that a transmission line density of the received picture data is in the standard mode (3.85 line/mm). |
