摘要 PURPOSE: To improve an adhesion between a membrane and a substrate and to increase durability by incorporating an amorphous carbon layer adhered on a conductive substrate and an electrically active polymer membrane adhered on the amorphous carbon layer, at a side opposite to the conductive substrate in an electrically active laminated body. CONSTITUTION: The conductive substrate, the amorphous carbon layer adhered on a conductive substrate and the electrically active polymer membrane adhered on the amorphous carbon layer at the side opposite to the conductive substrate are incorporated in the laminated body. In the conductive substrate, a glass- supporting body having at least one layer of metal oxide having about 100Å-about 10,000Åthereon is preferably incorporated. In the metal oxide, a tin oxide doped with fluorine is incorporated, and the amorphous carbon layer preferably has a thickness of about 40Å-about 1,000Å.
