<p>A rapidly soluble solid preparation of a drug of which the solubility falls drastically with the rise of a pH value, said preparation having a pH-independent releasability and an excellent bioavailability. The preparation contains small particles coated with a solid solution comprising an enteric base and a pH-dependent drug which can be released from the composition comprising said drug and said base under a low pH condition.</p> |
