PC-3110 COUPLING VALVE FOR EROSIVE FLUIDS A coupling valve especially adapted for modulating the flow of erosive fluids. The valve includes a rimmed body having an internal bore of known diameter. Two opposing slots are formed in the rim of the body to accommodate an aperatured plate extending therethrough. By selectively extending and withdrawing the plate, control of the fluid flow may be modulated. The valve is an inexpensive replacement for conventional valves that must be frequently replaced due to internal erosion damage. |
