PURPOSE:To make a rejection cycle long and to reduce a processing cost caused by splashing by coating the inside wall surface of a rejection housing part with a developer fusion and reaction material which makes developer to fuse and react. CONSTITUTION:Toner T scraped in the recovering box 71 of a cleaning device 7 is housed in a toner recovering housing container 80 being the rejection housing part attachably and detachably provided on the outside of the box 71 by being transferred in the shaft direction of the front side of a photosensitive drum 3 by driving the rotation of a recovering auger 73. In such a case, the inside wall surface 80a of the container 80 is coated with the developer fusion and reaction material 81. By the material 81, the recovered toner T housed in the container 80 is made to chemically act and fuse. Besides, the inside wall surface 80a of the container 80 is coated with the material 81 by putting only the prescribed quantity of the material 81 in the container 80, covering it and shaking it several times. |
