PURPOSE:To reduce a noise accompanied with the change of a digital signal by transmitting the content of a designated register through one system line driver to a computer or an analogous equipment. CONSTITUTION:The above device is equipped with a computer 11, plotting control part 1, electronic beam mirror body 10, line receiver 4, register 5, D/A converter 3, selecting part 8, and line driver 6. Then, the content of one arbitrary register of the registers 51-5n is read and selected by a multiplexer, and this result is returned through the one system line driver 6 to the plotting control part 1. Therefore, only one system is sufficient for the line driver 6 for returning a signal to the plotting control part 1, so that the possibility that the analog output of the D/A converter 3 is directly and indirectly vibrated by the change of a digital signal, and that the temperature drift of the D/A converter 3 causing the rising of the temperature is generated can be reduced by half. |
