PURPOSE:To reduce noise, minimize unfavorable effects to its neighboring environments and enhance its exterior. CONSTITUTION:A main body 1 is buried in the ground where the main body is provided with an inlet 14, an outlet 15 and a frame 13 on the top of the main body 1, whereas there is installed a planter 25 which serves as a roof on the top of the frame 13. The air is sucked up from one side of the planter 25 which serves as the roof whereas the air is discharged. A plant is planted inside the roof-planter 25 in such an effort to reduce noise and minimize an unfavorable effect to the neighboring environment, enhance its exterior and moreover improve the efficiency of both cooling and heating. |
