PURPOSE:To obtain a PZT piezoelectric ceramic material having high mechanical quality coefficient and reduced in lowering of piezoelectric constant. CONSTITUTION:The objective ceramic material obtained by adding the third component consisting of MnO2 and addition substance capable of forming complex perovskite together with Mn to PZT piezoelectric ceramic material component and containing manganese oxide and addition substance in the third component at a composition ratio of perovskite. Sb2O3, Nb2O3, W2O3, etc., are used as the above-mentioned addition substance. |
