PURPOSE:To obtain the title food of high anti-obesity by removing phytohemagglutinins from an aqueously extracted component of wheat flour followed by eliminating low molecular weight substances. CONSTITUTION:Wheat flour is dipped into 4-5wt. times of water and stirred at low temperatures for 4-5hrs to prepare an aqueous extract, which is then heated and freed from phytohemagglutinins followed by removing substances <=10000 in molecular weight and, if needed, evaporation to dryness, thus obtaining the objective food. Thence, this food is mixed with an aqueous extract of wheat bran or pectin so as to be the weight ratio (1:10)-(10:1). |
