<p>PURPOSE:To save man-power for a designing work and a plate making work and to lighten the load of manual work by automatically performing layout work which is comparative simple. CONSTITUTION:This system is constituted of a layout data input means 1 which inputs data on the size of one page of a printed matter and a position where an image and a character which are laid out enter, an image input processing means 2 which converts an image necessary for formation into digital data and compresses and color-changes it to image data for design by performing clipping processing as necessary, a character input processing means 3 which inputs the character necessary for formation and converts it to character datum for design by giving instruction for photocomposition processing, an automatic editing arithmetic means 4 which performs the layout processing of the respective data of the image and the character at a necessary position in one page of the printed matter in a necessary size based on the layout data, the image data and the character data for design, and an output arithmetic means 5 which converts the data which is already laid out into data for printing and outputs it.</p> |
