The system opens or closes the door after comparing programmed data memorized in EEPROM of key with programmed data memorized in microprocessor of the locking circuit, and automatically closes window glass if the starter switching off after driving. The system comprises a microprocessor (IC2) for opening/closing the door by comparing programmed data in EEPROM (IC1) of key (K) with presetting programmed data; protection circuit (2) for protecting all circuits by operating relay (RY2) when overcurrent is impressed; delay circuit (IC3) for offering rotation of key switch and releasing handle locking by operating solenoid (SO4) and turning on transistor (Q5) after delaying power voltage according to corresponding signal; switches (S1,S2,S3) for alarming when nonconductive material is inserted to key holders (H1,H2,H3,H4); sound generating circuit (3) for alarming key (K) inserted in key holder (H4); control circuit (1) for opening/closing window glass by seesaw switch (SW1-SW4).
