PURPOSE:To easily remove a silicone rubber layer in a nonexposure part which develops high hardening performance for light exposure, only through the dissolution by a solvent, by forming the silicone rubber layer from a light hardening type silicone composition consisting of a specific component. CONSTITUTION:An original plate for lithography printing is constituted of a light hardened type photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer on a substrate, and the silicone rubber layer is the light hardened type silicone composition which mainly consists of organosiloxane having the structure represented by the formula I, cross linking agent represented by the formula II, and the hardening catalyst. In the formula II, R1 is at least one kind selected from the group of alkyl group having the number of carbon atoms of 1-10, alkenyl group having the number of carbon atoms of 2-10, and aryl group having the number of carbon atoms of 6-10. X is selected from the group of hydrogen atom, halogen atom, alkoxy group having the number of carbon atoms of 1-10, akenyl oxy group having the number of carbon atoms 2-10, and the keto oxim group having the number of carbon atoms of 3-10. Further, (n) is 0 or 1. Accordingly, the photosensitive organo polysiloxane having a specific o-nitrobenzyl oxy group is used as the main constitution component. |
