<p>PURPOSE:To improve the extent of productivity as a whole by forming a base, a nipple and a sleeve of a hose joint separately each, facilitating the manufacture and assembly of these elements so easily, while having an engaged pin pressed-in each through hole and engaged hole, and joint these elements as one body. CONSTITUTION:When a hose joint is manufactured, first of all, a base 1 is formed by means of metalcutting, and a nipple 2 and a sleeve 3 are formed each by piping. At this time, the base 1 is composed of a central part 10 with a through hole 11 and a tapered seat surface 12, an engaging part 13 with an internal thread part and a ring groove 14, while an engaged hole 15 being interconnected to this ring groove 14 is installed there. Next, a diametral expanding part 21 of the nipple 2 and a diametral contracting part 31 of the sleeve 3 are inserted into the ring groove 14. Successively, each engaged pin 4 is pressed in a first through hole 20 of the diametral expanding part 21, a second through hole 30 of the diametral contracting part 31 and an engaged hole 15, respectively. With this constitution, the nipple 2 and the sleeve 3 are restrained from their relative movement in the circumferential direction to the base 1 and in the axial direction, thus they are joined to the base 1 as one body.</p> |
