<p>PURPOSE:To perform the coupling of plural parts easily and accurately by forming a base, a seat union, a nipple and a sleeve of a hose joint separately each, and facilitating the manufacture and assembly of these elements, while having the seat union pressed in the base. CONSTITUTION:When a hose joint is manufactured, first of all, a base 1, a seat union 2, a nipple 3 and a sleeve 4 are formed separately each. At this time, a center hole 10 piercing through in the axial direction, an engaging part 11 with an internal thread part and a tubular part 12 projecting in the axial direction are all formed in the base 1. Next, a diametral expanding part 30 of the nipple 3 and a diametral contracting part 40 of the sleeve 4 are set up in the tubular part 12. Successively the seat union 2 with a seat surface 20 from the side of the engaging part 11 is pressed in a center hole 12 and projected to the side of the tubular part 12. With this constitution, the diametral expanding part 30 and the contracting part 40 are held between the seat union 2 and the tubular part 12, and thereby they are clamped to the base 1 as one body.</p> |
