METHOD FOR LINING PIPELINE

PURPOSE:To prevent the rupture of a plastic tube by prescribing the outer diameter of the plastic tube by a cylindrical fabric when internal pressure is applied to a lining material by fitting the cylindrical fabric to the outer periphery of the part protruding from a pipeline of each of both end parts of the lining material. CONSTITUTION:A lining material 3 is inserted in a pipeline 1 and a cylindrical fabric 23 is fitted to the terminal part of the lining material 3 and a terminal metal jig 6 is further inserted in the terminal of the lining material 3 to be grasped by a clamp metal fitting 12 and clamped by a female screw ring 16 to be fixed. In this state, compressed air is introduced into the lining material from a supply and discharge pipe 15 to expand the lining material 3 to bring the same into contact with the inner surface of the pipeline 1 under pressure. Subsequently, a heating fluid such as pressurized steam is introduced into the lining material 3 from the supply and discharge pipe 17 and compressed air is discharged from the supply and discharge pipe 17 of the lining material 3 to be replaced with the heating medium and the lining material 3 is heated to cure the reaction curing type resin solution in a sheet molding compound. The drain generated by the heating fluid is discharged from a discharge pipe 21 at the terminal part of the lining material 3.
