PURPOSE:To provide the best result both to the charge time up to charge stop and the charge time up to an optional charge voltage lower than it by constituting a charging circuit having different boosting characteristics. CONSTITUTION:Oscillating means 22A, 22B consisting of transformers having different charging characteristics are connected in parallel to a battery power source 21, and at the time of operation, they obtains powers from the same power source 21. The means 22A, 22B are divided in role to a one having a high charging speed when the accumulation amount of the charged energy is less than a certain value and a one having a high charging speed at the certain value or more. A selecting means 25 which receives the output signal of an arithmetic means 24 judges which oscillating means is to be operated according to the information of the charged energy accumulation amount and outputs the signal to either of them. In this case, a charging means 23 is formed of transformers having different winding ratios. At the time of charge start, the transformer with a small winding ratio is driven, and when the charge voltage is a determined voltage or more, the transformer with a large winding ratio is driven, whereby the charging time can be shortened. |
