Proposed is an emission-protecting and control device for installations from which gases are extracted or evacuated, in particular vacuum mould-filling installations for injection-moulding equipment. The device includes a vacuum generator (23) which is connected to a filter unit (25, 27) and a vacuum line (45) leading to the installation (3) for extraction or evacuation. The device also includes a sensor assembly (57, 59, 87), designed to be fitted to the installation to measure the installation operating conditions, and another sensor assembly (61, 63, 67) to measure the operating conditions of the vacuum generator (23) and filter unit (25, 27). In addition, the device has measurement and control electronics, including a display screen (35). The various components of the device are assembled and connected up in the form of a transportable unit (37) and connected to the installation for extraction or evacuation by means of releasable connections. |
