The window frame material forming apparatus covers a synthetic resin layor on the circumferential face of an aluminum or metallic core for better window frames. The window frame material forming method comprises a step of arranging the core, fed by a feeding machine (15), at rollers (18,18'); a step of spraying adhesive agent stored in auxilliary vessels (19,19') on the circumference of the core (C) by use of a spray nozzle (21) to cover the adhesive agent on the core circumference facing a rail, with a doctor blade (22); a step of evaporating a solvent of the adhesive agent by passing through a drying equipment (17); a step of coating a molten resin extruded from an extruder (23) on the adhesive coated surface of the core (C) material.
