The device is used for automatically clamping cups containing liquid and drawing out the cups from the machine safely after inserting coins. The device comprises a driving section (5) provided with a driving motor, reduction gears, a photo sensor; an actuation section (6) provided with following gears and actuator plate driven by the section (5); a clamping section (7) provided with a supporting body, a stationary holer and a movable holder; a switching section (8) at the side of the section (7).
