VIBRATION MILL

Vibrating mills are used for grinding solid products and raw materials of natural or artificial origin. Their construction ensures an even distribution of efforts on the foundation, on which they are located, as well as the efficient regulation of the stay of the material in the individual working chambers to attain the necessary class of grinding size. The regulation of the aperture for the outflow of the material from one chamber to another may be carried out without infringement on the technological regime of the machine's operations. The vibrating mill consists of a vertically located body (1), above which is placed a frame (5) vibration arousers fitted onto it(6), while the connection between the body (1) and the frame (5) is implemented through elastic elements (4). To the frame is statically fastened a bearer (7), which passes along the entire altitude of the body, and to it are attached discs (9 and 15) at a level corresponding to the level of the barriers (8 and 9), while the barriers have a centrally-formed conic opening, its small diameter pointing southwards.
