The equipment contains liquid and pours it into and out of a dispensing vessel, having a sealing cap with hinging pouring spout or lug, and moved between the open and shut positions by external force. The spout or lug (10) is hinged or bent so as to form between the liquid inlet and outlet a compressible sealing lip (4). It can hinge in several pouring and sealing areas, typically three in all. In the first of these, the flow is shut right off, and in the second flow takes place, but the spout is automatically shut off. In the third, there is no automatic shut-off. ADVANTAGE - Ensures proper sealing irrespective of material wear or fatigue.
