The present invention relates to a double-sided electric roast apparatus provided with an infrared heat generating body at both sides inside a cooking container to enable roasting on both surfaces at the same time by means of heat emitted from the heat generating body. The electric roasting apparatus of the present invention includes: a housing having an accommodation space inside and having a rectangular-shape opening portion on an upper surface; a heater installed on both sides in a longitudinal direction inside the accommodation space; a guide panel installed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the accommodation space to face each other and at both ends, having a groove inserted with the heater, and a hooking piece with one end bent inward, and at a lower portion, having a support piece bent inward at an inclined state, and in an inner surface, having a pair of pressing members capable of elastically pressing a grill basket inserted inward; a radiation panel supported by the hooking piece and the support piece of the guide panel and installed to both side portions in a width direction of the accommodation space to face each other on an outer side of the heater; a grill basket having a pair of mesh shape grills having a handle at both ends in a longitudinal direction in an upper part, which is mutually connected at a lower part by means of a fastening member such that the grill basket can be inserted into the accommodation space of the housing by being guided along the space between the pair of pressing members; and a cap member fastened to cover the upper opening portion of the accommodation space of the housing. |
