The method repels the mischief call by pressing on the special button of the telephone which records the mixchief contents and reproduces the recorded one to the counterpart repeately. The circuit comprises a call controller (10), a voice synthesiser/ analyser (20) digitalising the counterpart voice and providing the digital synthesised voice data, a DRAM (40) storing and providing the mixchief content data, a key (50) recording and reproducing the counterpart voice, and a microprocessor (30) controlling the circuit and cutting off the line when the counterpart hangs up the call.
