<p>A compound, or a solvate or salt thereof, of formula (I), in which (A) is (II) or (III); p is 1, 2, or 3; ROC- is an acyl group linked to the nitrogen atom of group (A) in which the group R contains a substituted or unsubstituted carbocyclic aromatic or heterocyclic aromatic ring; R1 and R2 are substituents on the same or different carbon atoms and are independently hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; and Ra is a fused substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic or carbocyclic aromatic ring, is useful for the treatment of pain, hyponatraemic desease states or cerebral ischaemia.</p> |
