PURPOSE:To obtain an accounts system applying a decentralized processing system with which even an operator who knows little accounting knowledge can quickly and accurately produce the slips by backing up periodically the data on an electronic slip store device to a data base device and also using only the data on the electronic slips that are kept in a prescribed processing state. CONSTITUTION:For instance, a person in charge of a business department inputs the slip data from a work station 21. In this input job, the slip data are checked to the data registered previously in a master table 51 and the matching property is confirmed to the input data. Thus an electronic slip record is produced and stored in each station 21 as an electronic slip file 50. Then only the electronic slips kept in a prescribed processing state are extracted out of the files 50 stored in a decentralized file system and transferred periodically to a data base device. As a result, the working time is shortened in comparison with a case where all data are manually backed up. |
