PURPOSE:To carry out an ST job without excluding the security of data end at the same time to prevent the accesses of users except the user who can use the relevant date with a device that converts the ST job inputted through a console into a batch job. CONSTITUTION:A job executing means 4 read the data designated by the ST job inputted through a console 3 out of a date base 1 and carries out a due job. If an access error detection means 5 detects an access error due to the security during execution of an ST job and then the identification information is inputted through the console 3 against an identification information request given from an identification information request means 6, 8 charging code reading means 8 reeds the corresponding code out of a charging code storage means 7. Then a batch job creating means 9 creates a batch job based on the charging code, the identification information, and the ST job. The created batch job is outputted to a job executing means 4 or the data base 1. |
