<p>An ironing board assembly (10) is arranged for mounting on a door (D). The assembly has a frame (12) with a transverse member (34) and an upright member (22) attached centrally to the transverse member (34). An upper gripper (32) is attached atop the frame and is sized to hang from the top of the door. The assembly has an ironing board (10) hingedly attached to the transverse member (34). Also, included is a stabilizing device (40) mounted on the frame below the upper gripper for laterally stabilizing the ironing board assembly.</p> |
