(a) an integral assembly of a plurality of spaced containers arranged in an aligned series, wherein each container includes a visual indicator to distinguish a container in the plurality from an additional container in the plurality; and (b) a receptacle holder comprising (i) a top surface and a top surface support; (ii) a plurality of receptacles positioned on the top surface and configured to receive the integral assembly of containers; and optionally, (ii) a fluid reservoir.
